Ronald P. Walth, Shareholder
Ronald Walth became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983, joined the firm in January 1995, and became a shareholder in January 1997. Prior to joining the firm, Ron was employed in the credit department of a home construction company, the financial department of car dealerships, and as the Director of Finance of a large long-term care conglomerate. He also owned and operated a successful tax and accounting service, and a computer sales and services business.
Ron's areas of interest have been in individual, farm and corporate income tax, small business management financial planning, consulting, financial statement analysis and reporting, non-profit and lawful charitable gambling audits, employee benefits, payroll, retirement planning, and computer services.
Ron was married to Darlene in 1971 and has two children - Christopher and Michael.
Ron is actively involved in the community as a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church, Cedar Valley Conservation Club, Austin Chamber of Commerce, Austin Rotary, Eagles Club, Elks Club, Moose Club, and the Austin Downtown Association. He is currently serving on the boards of the Austin Chapter of the Red Cross, Austin Downtown Revitalization, Austin Mediation Center, and Austin Area Foundation.
