Lance Skov has worked in public accounting since 2005 and became a shareholder in January 2008. Prior to working in public accounting, Lance worked as a credit analyst and financial accountant from 1993 to 2005. Lance works in the area of payroll, individual tax, non-profit tax, corporate tax, bookkeeping, audits of local governments and non-profit organizations.

Lance is originally from the Albert Lea area and graduated from Albert Lea Senior High in 1989.

Lance has served on several community organizations. He currently serves as Treasurer for the Education Foundation of Albert Lea Board of Directors, a member of the Noon Kiwanis and serves on his church council.
