Greg A. Larson, Shareholder
Greg Larson has worked in public accounting since 1977. Greg started out in 1977 working for a CPA firm in Emmetsburg, Iowa. While there he worked on their audit staff. In 1978 Erwin Hill had the opportunity to purchase a tax practice to add to the work that he was already doing in Austin. Greg moved to Austin in November 1978 to assist with the transition of those new tax clients. Over the years his work has expanded into audits of non-profit organizations, school districts, and small municipalities along with gambling audits. The office also provides monthly bookkeeping and payroll services along with tax preparation services for individuals, corporations, trusts and estates.
Greg is married to Lynee Larson, who is a self-employed piano teacher in Austin. They have two sons – Jon and Brian, who are both married, and presently living and working in the Twin Cities area.
Greg has served on several community organizations. He serves as the treasurer for his local church, Beautiful Savior Lutheran along with being the treasurer of the J.C. Hormel Nature Center in Austin. He has served on the District Cabinet for Lions of Southeastern Minnesota and has been a long time Lions member in Austin, serving in many different offices in the local Morning Lions Club.
