Erwin Hill has worked in public accounting since 1965. In the 1960's, Erwin worked in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for a Midwest regional CPA firm in their tax, auditing and computer services areas. In 1971 he moved to Albert Lea, MInnesota and opened his own practice. He later purchased the practice in Austin, Minnesota.

Erwin's areas of interest have been in income tax, small business financial reporting and planning as well as municipal auditing.

Erwin is married and has three children and five grandchildren.
