About Us

BACKGROUND:

The firm has its origin in 1971 when Erwin Hill opened an office in Albert Lea, Minnesota after spending 5 years in Public Accounting with a regional firm in Iowa. About 5 years later the Austin, Minnesota office was added.

Initially the firm concentrated on income tax and financial reporting with a small amount of Municipal auditing. As staff and partners were added concentrations began to shift toward auditing.
